16th Annual Golf Classic

IEA's 16th Annual Golf Classic was held on Monday, August 8th, at the Hackensack Golf Club in Oradell.

Our sincerest thanks to everyone who participated in making this year’s event a success, including more than 120 golfers, corporate and individual sponsors, and those who donated items for our raffle and auction.  Your participation in the Annual Golf Classic helps IEA empower those we serve with the skills and tools they need to achieve their full potential, and makes you a valuable player in IEA’s mission to provide the finest educational program for individuals with autism.  Now, more than ever, we appreciate your support.

Special thanks to Tournament Chair Frank Lento, Event Chair Frank Salerno and Committee Chairs Diane Lento, Stacey Blume and Carol Pittarelli, as well as Norm Forsythe and the Hackensack Golf Club staff for coordinating another great day for IEA.

More than Monte Carlo

The IEA Boosters Club promised an evening like no other, and thanks to more than 350 IEA friends and supporters who joined us for Can’t Top This – More than Monte Carlo, IEA’s biggest event ever was indeed a rocking success.  The Rockleigh was definitely the place to be on Friday, May 6th for a fun-filled evening of fine food and spirits, casino activities, dancing and more, all for the benefit of IEA’s educational program for individuals with autism.

Congratulations and thank you to event co-chairs Diane Lento and Carin Friedman, and event committee chairs; Michelle Fisher, Holly Manuelian, Lisa Schwartz, Ann and John Brown, Brad Ivie, Adrian Jones, Tricia McKeegan, and Alison Sharkey whose combined efforts and diligence made this an evening to remember.

Special thanks and gratitude to Kevin Graham of Tumbling Dice and his fabulous crew for their expertise and flawless coordination of the Texas Hold’em Tournament and casino gaming tables; to The Kootz for keeping our dining and dancing crowd highly entertained; to Event Manager, Rockni Ghorishi, and The Rockleigh staff, for providing our guests with impeccable cocktails, cuisine and service, and to our auctioneer, Robert Valente, whose talents made our live auction exciting as well as highly successful.

We also salute all of those who contributed to the success of this event through sponsorships and by donating auction prizes.  Please take pride in knowing that your participation in this event helps IEA continue our mission to provide effective intervention services that make an incredible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Thank you one and all!
